Arun provided a great service and customer experience. He was polite and showed that he genuinely cared about the job. Although he was running late, he called well before and let me know the changed time and came on time once rescheduled. Unfortunately, he was unable to completely remove the stain but he went above and beyond to try his best and stayed for quite a while trying different things and even contacted the cleaning product supplier directly to seek further advice.
