Do I have to get carpets professionally cleaned at the end of a lease in NSW?
It depends. The general standard in NSW is that you leave the place about as clean as you found it, allowing for fair wear and tear. If you kept a pet, a professional carpet clean may have been one of the conditions of keeping it. Check your lease, any pet conditions and the condition report you signed at the start, and if it is still unclear, NSW Fair Trading is the right place to ask. We are cleaners, not tenancy advisers, so we will not tell you what your lease obliges you to do.
Will my real estate agent accept your invoice?
We give you a tax invoice on company letterhead with our ABN, plus before-and-after photos of every cleaned area, which is the documentation agents normally ask for. No agent we have worked with has knocked it back. If yours wants something specific on the invoice, tell us before the job and we will put it on there.
How quickly can you book me in?

Do you do the rest of the vacate clean too?
No. We stick to carpet, couch, upholstery and mattress, so kitchens and bathrooms are someone else's job. We are happy to line the timing up with your vacate cleaner so it all lands before inspection.
What if my carpet has pet urine?
Pet urine treatment is included. We use an enzymatic pre-spray that breaks down the urine salts sitting in the fibre, then extract under hot water. Be aware that where urine has soaked through the backing into the underlay, a surface clean alone may not fully clear the smell. That needs the underlay treated or replaced. We will tell you what we are looking at before we start, not after.
